Sydney’s Rail Future is a long-term plan to increase the capacity of Sydney’s rail network through investment in new services and upgrading of existing infrastructure. Lendlease and Transport for NSW tasked AusDilaps with the job of providing dilapidation reports for the North West Rail Link project. AusDilaps scope of works includes the inspection of 32km of council assets and property facades along the early works project route.
