AusDilaps undertook the Building Education Revolution Program in 2008-2009 administered by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. This program was designed by the Australian Government to build large-scale infrastructure in all primary schools, special schools and K-12s.

AusDilaps conducted dilapidation reports on numerous schools which involved property condition reports, images, surveys and formal written reports to outline the state of the properties.

Throughout the project, AusDilaps implemented plans and strategies to help minimise risk for the parties involved.
